Nexo Launches AI Assistant for Real-Time Crypto Insights

Nexo, a major digital asset platform, has introduced a new AI Assistant that lets users get instant answers about their crypto accounts and the market. The tool is built directly into the Nexo app and works on both iOS and Android devices.

Users can access it by sliding down the notch on iPhones or tapping the Nexo logo on Android. The company says the feature “combines real-time, user-specific insights, market intelligence, and product access into a fully conversational experience.”

The AI Assistant allows users to ask questions about crypto prices, trading trends, interest earned, recent transactions, and total earnings across all assets. It also provides loyalty tiers, APY rates, and gives direct access to Nexo’s trading and earning tools. The company says it keeps user information private and does not collect emails or phone numbers.

According to the company, the AI Assistant gets information from Nexo accounts, live crypto prices, the Help Center, and sites like Investopedia. This helps it give fast, personal answers.

Nexo says it is different from other crypto AI tools, which often only provide basic support or links to articles. “What sets it apart is its ability to respond to personalized questions and insight requests about the client’s portfolio in real time,” the company said.

The AI Assistant is currently in public beta, and Nexo encourages users to provide feedback to improve the experience, enhance features, and shape future updates. The company notes that answers from the tools are for learning and checking details, not making investment decisions

This launch follows Nexo’s earlier release of AI News Summary, which sends daily condensed crypto news through app notifications. Since starting in 2018, Nexo has processed $371 billion in transactions and manages over $11 billion in assets, serving clients in more than 200 jurisdictions.

With this new AI Assistant, the platform aims to give users smarter, faster, and personalized access to both account details and market trends, all while keeping privacy intact.
