Linklogis Partners with XRP Ledger to Boost Global Finance

Linklogis, a Chinese supply chain fintech company, announced on August 25 that it has partnered with the XRP Ledger (XRPL). The partnership will let Linklogis connect its digital supply chain finance platform to XRPL, allowing digital assets tied to real-world trade to be used and settled across borders.
Under the agreement, Linklogis and XRPL will also work together on stablecoins and ways to improve supply chain finance. The firms plan to use smart contracts to trade real-world assets and combine blockchain with AI to improve global trade finance.
“This partnership marks an important step for Linklogis as we enter the global DeFi space,” the company said. XRPL will also advance its technology for real-world business applications through this collaboration.
The company has been actively growing its cross-border business with a “Go Early” and “Go Deep” strategy since 2019. In 2023, the company worked with the BIS Innovation Hub, Standard Chartered, RD Technologies, and Simmons & Simmons on Project Dynamo, a project focused on tokenizing assets
Then in 2024, Linklogis became a founding shareholder of SuperFi Labs, a DeFi innovation lab creating new on-chain consumer products.
Over the same period, the company continued its global expansion, operating in 27 countries and regions and handling RMB 20.7 billion in cross-border assets
Meanwhile, Ripple, the company behind XRPL, recently concluded a long-running lawsuit with the U.S. SEC after nearly five years.
The court approved a settlement in which Ripple and its executives will pay a $125 million penalty for past securities violations.
Ripple’s CTO, David Schwartz, also announced that he will personally run a high-performance server for XRPL to support growing network activity.
XRPL was launched in 2012 by David Schwartz, Jed McCaleb, and Arthur Britto to create a faster, more efficient value-transfer system than Bitcoin.
It uses the XRP token to move money quickly across borders. Linklogis said the partnership with XRPL is a big step toward making global trade finance faster, smarter, and easier.
