Alchemy Pay launched a new platform on September 17, 2025, that lets people buy tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs using local currency. The service was built with Backed’s xStocks and is open to users in over 170 countries.

The platform offers payment through Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, and more than 50 local options. The goal is to make Wall Street assets simple to reach for people everywhere with as little as one dollar.

According to the press release, the tokenized stocks come from Backed, a regulated provider whose xStocks have passed $4 billion in trading volume. Each token is backed 1:1 by real shares held with banks and brokers.

The tokens also reflect company actions like dividends and stock splits. Alchemy Pay uses data from Backed, Kraken, and licensed U.S. sources to make sure prices stay accurate. The system runs with partners like Kraken to keep access and liquidity stable.

Investors can pick from more than 60 stocks, including Apple, Tesla, Coinbase, Circle, and SPY. The platform works around the clock on weekdays, giving users flexible access to U.S. markets.

By linking tokenized assets directly to fiat payments, Alchemy Pay removes the step of first converting to crypto. This makes the service different from other RWA platforms that rely only on decentralized systems.

The launch comes as tokenized assets see record growth. According to Binance Research, the RWA market grew more than 260% in the first half of 2025 to reach $23 billion.

Major firms like Robinhood and Kraken have also added tokenized stocks to their services. Alchemy Pay’s entry follows new U.S. laws such as the GENIUS Act and updated SEC rules that are helping the market expand.

The company said the new product is part of its push to bring global access to finance. “This is the first worldwide product with direct fiat access to tokenized assets,” Alchemy Pay said. The move shows how the firm is moving beyond payments into wider financial services for a growing digital economy.
