B Strategy, a top investment firm, is getting ready to launch a $1 billion U.S.-listed BNB treasury fund with help from YZi Labs. The fund will give institutional investors a clear way to hold BNB safely. It is expected to start in the coming weeks, as BNB nears record highs and interest in the token grows.
According to the press release, the treasury fund will hold BNB and manage it carefully to maximize BNB per share for investors. Leon Lu, founder of B Strategy, noted that the company will combine crypto expertise with U.S. public market rules to give investors transparency and security.
“By leveraging a publicly listed company, we will use our assets and resources to support an ecosystem that is already #1 in daily transaction value and #2 in dapps/projects,” Lu said.
Max Hua, co-founder of B Strategy, said the company will focus on independent audits, strict risk controls, and reliable custody. “We’re bringing that operator’s discipline to the company… so investors—from New York to Hong Kong—can access BNB with confidence and efficiency,” Hua added. YZi Labs head, Ella Zhang, called BNB a pillar of new financial markets, supporting Web3, stablecoins, and real-world assets.
The fund has already attracted anchor investors from Asia, mainly family offices, and expects to complete financing soon.
Notably, at the time of writing, BNB’s price is around $870, up nearly 38% over the past six months and above 22% for the year. The token also reached a new all-time high last week, showing strong interest from investors.

B Strategy’s team has strong experience in crypto and finance, and will use its network across Asia-Pacific to give investors worldwide better access and insights.
Other companies, such as Windtree Therapeutics, have also explored holding BNB as a treasury asset in the U.S., showing that careful management is important for listed crypto funds
Despite this, B Strategy aims to create a trusted, well-managed, and fully audited treasury fund that combines institutional standards with crypto opportunities.
