Bitget, a well-known crypto and Web3 company, added excitement to the Catalunya MotoGP in Barcelona, Spain, from September 5 to 7.
According to the press release, Fans joined competitions, met racing legends, and joined online races through Bitget’s Smarter Speed Challenge, a campaign that connects MotoGP excitement with Web3 prizes
This allowed fans to race in person or online, earn prizes, and experience motorsport with crypto. Notably, this has also influenced the growth of Bitget’s BGB token, which rose over 4% in the past 7days.

During the weekend, a 360° Fan Booth was set inside the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. Fans lined up to try the MotoGP simulator, take part in challenges, and capture moments with racing machines.
Jorge Lorenzo, a MotoGP icon, launched the Smarter Speed Challenge, which runs until mid-November. Participants compete in global online races, climb leaderboards, and win rewards like cash, coupons, and VIP passes for the 2026 MotoGP season. The Catalunya winner earned a trip to Singapore to meet Lorenzo during TOKEN2049 in October.
Bitget also collaborated with famous motorsport personalities and content creators. Commentator Nico Abad, racer Christine GZ, former MotoGP rider Rubén Xaus, and other digital creators joined the weekend events.
CEO Gracy Chen said, “The spirit of MotoGP is all about pushing the limits, technically, mentally, emotionally. That same spirit is what drives Bitget and what we wanted to bring to life in Catalunya.” The company has also partnered with Ondo Finance to bring tokenized stocks and ETFs into its ecosystem.
The BGB token gained 0.17% daily and rose over 15.63% in six months and a 419% in a year. Its strong yearly growth reflects trust in Bitget as it expands Web3 adoption through global sports and cultural partnerships.
That said, Fans enjoyed a mix of racing, digital rewards, and real-world experiences while Bitget strengthened its presence in crypto innovation and community engagement.
