MrBeast Buys More Aster Token as Revenue Beats Hyperliquid 10x

Famous YouTuber MrBeast has once again increased his stake in the fast-rising Aster token, as he made another large purchase of the decentralized exchange token which is surging in revenue.

According to Lookonchain, he purchased 167,436 Aster tokens for about $320,000. This comes just days after he bought more than 538,000 tokens using wallets that are linked to him. Together, these buys bring his total Aster investment to more than $1.28 million. Data shows his average price is around $1.87 for each token.

However, this looks like a steady plan to keep buying. “The recent acquisitions suggest a purposeful accumulation strategy,” Lookonchain reported when sharing the transaction. This shows MrBeast has strong belief in Aster’s future. 

Meanwhile, these purchases also add to the buzz around the token, which has quickly become one of the most talked-about coins in the DeFi, or decentralized finance, world.

Moreover, MrBeast is not the only public figure showing interest. Arkham reported that a wallet linked to Donald Trump’s Truth Social platform bought about $75 million worth of Aster. 

Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ), ALSO added to the excitement when he publicly praised the project, highlighting that Aster is now one of the largest holders of BSC-USDT outside Binance wallets.

The results have been dramatic following that . Aster’s price jumped more than 1,500 percent in just one week. 

Heavy buying from whales, or very large traders, and public support from well-known names helped the rise. Trading numbers also exploded, with Aster handling more than $42 billion in perpetual trades within one day. This pushed it ahead of big rivals like dYdX and GMX in trading volume.

According to Data from DeFiLlama, Aster generating $14.3 million in fees within a single day, placing it second globally behind Tether,, and ten times higher than Hyperliquid, which earned only $1.17 million. Only a week earlier, Aster was already ahead, with $10 million in daily fees compared to Hyperliquid’s $3 million.
